Hi, I’m Suzi Freeman. I’m a Mental Performance Coach and Master NLP Practitioner, and I work exclusively with kickers, punters, and long snappers at the college and professional level.

I work directly with specialists to improve confidence, consistency, focus, recovery after mistakes, trust in their training, and their ability to perform under pressure.

I partner with college and high school special teams programs through Specialist Diagnostics, in-person workshops, Zoom training, and ongoing mental performance development for their specialist units.

My private roster currently includes five NFL specialists, including 2026 rookies Dominic Zvada, Rocco Underwood, Tommy Doman, and Trey Smack, along with specialists at major college programs across the country.

My goal is simple: to give you specialists who are mentally prepared, resilient, and ready to execute when the game is on the line.
